Hours of Operation

Eddie's Mailroom is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.

The mail room picks up mail in the morning from all buildings, sorts the mail that afternoon, and delivers it the next business day. If mail is placed in a pick-up bin after the initial morning pick-up, it will not be picked up until the next day, sorted, and delivered the following morning. Standard turnaround for campus mail delivery is 1-2 business days.

Approximate mail pick-up times around campus are as follows:

  • 8:30 a.m. - Passan, Marts, Max Roth
  • 8:50 a.m. - Farley, Kirby, Chase, Capin, Weckesser, Karambelas
  • 9:30 a.m. - Breiseth, Cohen, Conyngham, Stark
  • 10 a.m. - SBDC, 32 W South, Towers, Simms Center, 229 S Main, Darte

The Mailroom is closed for all University holidays. It also follows the University's schedule in regards to delays/closings due to inclement weather.

If there is a campus closure or schedule change, it may result in an extended delivery time. For example, if there is a snow day on a Wednesday, a letter placed in a bin on Tuesday after the morning pick-up would not be picked up until Thursday, sorted Thursday afternoon, and delivered Friday. Snow days/campus closures can cause a 3-4 day delay.
